Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 business day, however this might be affected by weekends and holidays. Also, there can be some additional time required for delivery transit. In the event of a significant delay in shipment, you will get notifications via mail, WhatsApp or sms.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur. You will get a Shipment Confirmation email/ sms/ WhatsApp with the tracking number(s).

In the unfortunate event of products being damaged or lost during shipping, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is important to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

Return and Refund

At Wash Salon, we look for making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer simple return and refund policy.

We abide by the following conditions:

  • Refunds are accepted for 30 days after purchase. The refund process will be as the original method.
  • The items need to be intact, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All returns require proof of purchase. Returns are subject to Wash Salon inspection and clearance.
  • In case of any exchange for the product, it will solely depend on the availability of products Process.
