At WashSalon, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and in eco-friendly packaging.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your products will reach you.

1. Service Coverage

We currently deliver across most pin codes in India through trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post & more.
If your area is not serviceable, our support team will contact you promptly to suggest alternatives.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS followed by a Shipping Notification with tracking details once dispatched.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Towns: 5–8 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹799.
  • For orders below ₹799, a nominal shipping fee may apply, displayed clearly during checkout.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may carry an additional handling fee, which will be visible before final payment.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking link via email/SMS
  • Live status updates through our courier partner’s website

If your tracking status hasn’t updated for over 72 hours, please reach out to us for assistance.

6. Delays or Failed Delivery

If your package is delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or courier issues:

  • Our support team will coordinate a re-attempt or alternate delivery wherever possible.
  • WashSalon will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

For repeated failed deliveries, your order may be automatically cancelled — in such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded.

7. Damaged or Leaking Orders

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos immediately upon delivery.
  2. Email us at support@washsalon.com within 24 hours.
  3. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement shipment at no cost.

(Refunds are not applicable; replacements will be provided as per our Returns Policy.)

8. International Shipping

Currently, WashSalon does not ship outside India.
We’re working on expanding international shipping options in the near future.
