At WashSalon, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Since our cleaning products are consumable and hygiene-sensitive, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy once an order has been delivered.
Your satisfaction, however, remains our top priority — and we are happy to replace any item that arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect.
1. No Refunds or Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (liquids, gels, and household cleaners), we cannot accept product returns once delivered.
- Refunds are not applicable on any successfully delivered orders.
- This policy ensures hygiene, safety, and quality control for every WashSalon customer.
2. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Product
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery.
We’ll quickly verify the issue and arrange a free replacement.
To help us resolve it fast:
- Email us at support@washsalon.com or WhatsApp us at +91-[number].
- Mention your Order ID and attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
- Our support team will assess and confirm your replacement within 2 business days.
Once verified, a replacement order will be dispatched at no additional cost.
3. Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will be issued only if:
- The product was received damaged, leaking, or incorrect, and
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, and
- Proof (photo/video) is provided for verification.
Replacements will not be applicable for:
- Products opened or used after delivery.
- Delays caused by courier partners once the product has been dispatched.
- Change of mind or incorrect product selection during purchase.
4. Cancellation After Delivery
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after delivery.
All delivered orders are considered final unless damaged in transit.
