At WashSalon, we make it easy to shop our eco-friendly, toxin-free home cleaning range through:

- Authorized e-commerce partners (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart)
Accepted Payment Modes
We accept the following secure payment options:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)
- UPI & Wallets
- Net Banking
- Cash on Delivery (available for select pin codes)
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST.
Any applicable shipping or COD fee will be displayed before checkout.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change — here’s how cancellations work at WashSalon:
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team at support@washsalon.com. Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, as our products are hygiene-sensitive and custom-packed for freshness.In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy (for damaged or incorrect items).
Automatic Cancellations by WashSalon
We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock
- Payment verification fails
- The delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable
- Technical errors (e.g., pricing or system glitch)
If this occurs, you’ll receive an email confirmation and a 100% refund will be initiated immediately.
Replacement Policy (No Refunds)
WashSalon products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their liquid and hygiene-sensitive nature. However, we’re happy to offer a free replacement if you receive:
- A damaged or leaking product
- The wrong item or quantity
Steps to Request a Replacement:
- Email support@washsalon.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include your order ID, clear photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
- Our team will verify your claim and dispatch a replacement within 3–5 business days.
Please note:
- Replacements are not issued for opened or used products.
- Requests after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
